Here Comes The Sun
Conventional photography rules usually state that you try to keep the sun out of photos unless it is just risen or just setting. Soemtimes you have to break the rules. Here is a sunrise, late afternoon sun, and a sunset.

mike, i am in love with the first photo. may i ask where it was taken?
It was taken at sunrise at the marina in Mississauga, Ontario. Mississauga is just southwest of Toronto on the shores of Lake Ontario.
